The holes the locking mechanisms go through don't have grommet metal pieces around them and have just been torn/hole punched to fit the locking mechanism. Probably won't be able to see depending on lock used. 24 waist goal, 12 length. Corset has a top lockable mechanism z middle on the buckle and one at the bottom!
